Esprit de la Nature reserves the right to refuse your order at any time or for any reason, including but not limited to: i) if the Products are incorrectly described or priced on the web page. If your order is canceled or refused, you will receive an email confirming this. In addition, if your order is refused or canceled following payment, Esprit de la Nature will refund the full amount paid.

 

2.2. Product information

 

 Esprit de la Nature attempts to describe the products offered for sale on the Site with as much precision and accuracy as possible. However, Esprit de la Nature does not guarantee that product descriptions or any other content displayed on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date or error-free.

 

2.3. Delivery

Our shipping turnaround time depends on the season. 

From May 1-November 1, we live off-grid in the forest with no civic address.  There is no mail delivery or pickup.  Therefore, we ship only once a week from May- November.  We are always happy to try to accommodate special requests for more rapid shipping if you have a special occasion.

From November 2- April 30, we live in town where shipping is easier.  From November 2 to April 30, we usually ship withing two business days of receiving your order.

 

2.4. Credit card billing

 

Your credit card will only be billed when the order is places. All credit cards used on the Site must be valid, authentic and you must be authorized to use them. If the amount charged to your card is not authorized or accepted by your credit provider, we reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice and without any liability or obligation on our part. We refer you to Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions for more information regarding accepted payment methods.

 

2.5. Changes or cancellations

 

Since our orders are processed electronically, it is not possible to make changes to the delivery address on the Site once the order has been placed. In addition, orders cannot be canceled or modified on the Site if the products have already been shipped.

 

2.6. Obligation to provide complete, up-to-date and accurate information

 

Esprit de la Nature relies on the information you provide when completing your order to deliver the products ordered on the Site. Therefore, you agree that (1) all information you have provided to us, including your name, address, delivery address is current, accurate and complete; and (2) you are entirely responsible for any loss, damage, costs or claims that you, Esprit de la Nature or any third party may suffer or incur as a result of your failure to provide current, accurate and complete information.

 

2.7. Returns and exchanges

Esprit de la Nature is proud to exclusively offer high quality products. Every effort is made to ensure that you receive your order in good condition and as quickly as possible.  If there is a defect or you are unhappy, we will do everything we can to make it right.  Returns may be made within 14 days of the date of delivery for a complete refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. Products must be returned unopened and/or unused for a refund. The customer is responsible for any degradation to the quality, quantity and value of returned items. A refund in the form of store credit will be issued as soon as the items are received and evaluated, usually within one business day of receiving them here.

You must ship the item(s) back to us at your cost.  Store credit will be issued to you via email once we receive the returned merchandise.

  1. PAYMENT METHODS

All prices and amounts indicated on the Site are in Canadian dollars. Esprit de la Nature accepts Visa and Master Card credit cards and Bank Trabsfers. Note that some electronic transactions may require extended processing, in addition to requesting authorization from the credit provider.

 

All credit cards used must be valid and genuine and you must be authorized to use them. If the charge is not accepted by your credit provider, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice or liability on our part. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more users of the Site.

Under applicable provincial and federal laws, we are required to collect GST, as well as provincial sales tax for sales delivered within Canada.
